here we go again.

I relocated to the vibrant city of DC and there are multitude of emotions running through my mind. Fear, Anxiety, Excitement. However, the one that stands out the most has to be relief. Living alone for the very first time of my life grants me the opportunity to showcase how much self growth I have accomplished these last few years. I know I still have lots to work on in many areas, such as self perception, faith, and relationships. But I have a feeling DC will help me get to where I want to be. I've been praying and talking to friends about this moment. This feels right.

On another note: Planes that fly into Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) have a different approach than other airports. In order to avoid no fly zones (White House, National Monument, etc..) they follow a visual approach based on the Potomac River. Lights on the bridges guide pilots to follow the right away and ensure a safe landing. Can't wait to see this when I fly into DCA this weekend.
