yes.......you read the title right

I recently went on a 'staycation' in the heart of Brooklyn, and the smorgasburg was a main highlight of this trip. Hands down, and I mean this, the best vendor food market I have witnessed.

Located on the edge of the East River, the smorgasburg is a gravel parking lot with an exquisite amount of food. If you can imagine the craziest contraption of ingredients put together, it's here.

Pizza Donuts? Check. Vegan Barbecue? You Bet. EVEN POUTINE!! I decided to favor the infamous ramen burger (not pictured below because I ate it to fast lol). This consisted of a typical burger patty, but instead of two buns it was two ramen patties. I would rate it a solid 9.5/10 because the creativity alone sold me.

Everyone looked peaceful and content eating food outside of their comfort zone, and this inspired me to try something I wasn't comfortable with. It's okay to not know what's on the other side of things. It's not just an opportunity to learn new aspects of life, but you may be inspiring others to do the same. So, to the person who I saw eating a pizza donut with a coconut in his hand, thank you. I just hope I inspired someone else to do the same.
